Starting from a young age, Chef Nisa learned the art of Thai fruit carving and started a life long love of the art of turning ordinary fruits into memorable masterpieces. With these skills and the years of experience in professional kitchens, hotels and country clubs the time had come for Chef Nisa to bring this love to the community and The Elegant Edibles company was Born in 2025!

To deliver the best quality fruit carvings, cheese and charcuterie boards to any size event big or small and create lasting memories with fresh and beautifully crafted masterpieces.

Behind all of the beautiful fruit, cheese and charcuterie boards, we have Chef Nisa designing and executing all orders by hand!  Kyle Sanborn, with 20 years of business management experience  manages and handles all business and public relations communications.
